Harvie is also well known for his work with Alan Broadbent Trio 和 Jazz Master Sheila Jordan who he performed for 14 years Voice 和 Bass.Their last CD is called 昨天. In early 2022 像思想 was released as their 3rd Alan Broadbent Trio Recording which Harvie played bass, recorded 和 produced.

He is featured along with Ron Carter 和 乔Lovano in the book Tasty Jazz Jams Volume 2 available in Amazon paper back or download.

Harvie年代 has performed as leader 和/or sideman at such venues as the Blue Note, the Iridium, the Kennedy Center, Syracuse Jazz Festival, Montreal Jazz, Detroit jazz Festival, Monterey Jazz Festival, Carnegie Hall, 耀西, Toronto Jazz Festival, Berlin Jazz Festival, Saratoga Jazz Festival, JVC Jazz Festival, Lake George Jazz Festival, Moscow Jazz Festival, Tblissi Jazz 和 so many more.

Selected as Jazz Ambassador for the United States, Harvie年代 toured throughout Europe 和 Southeast Asia in this honored capacity.

A professor of jazz bass 和 ensembles at Manhattan School of Music since 1984, Harvie年代 has conducted workshops 和 lecture demonstrations all over the USA 和 world.
